It’s quite ironic how a dev beta makes people scared to turn off SIP, temporarily remove rosetta, update, restore rosetta, and to finally enable sip again…. like lmfao, why u installing a DEV beta for then😭😭
Finder has been unchanged since Beta 1 & 2. The gradient on top is still broken with text labels on toolbar icons enabled, the scrolling is still broken and sticky like in beta 1, all the visual inconsistencies are still present...Any progress on Finder?
It had a lot of inconsistent UI elements in B1/2.
Including when deselected/without focus.
*sigh* You're obviously never going to get why a dev would want to start porting their app now when they hadn't before and why they would want to target the highest compatibility with the latest macOS and I'm not going to spoon feed it to you so I'm out. 🤦♂️Lol, ok, so a dev is waiting for a developer preview, 5 years after apple silicon is introduced to port their code? Got it.
Developer previews are to test existing API behavior and to try out new APIs before they hit prod, compiling for arm / Apple Silicon has been available since Big Sur, you can't possibly be so ignorant to not understand that, can you?
Lots of us have it on our daily drivers because realistically it’s the only way we can test the betas. I will however accept any MBP you want to send my way for dedicated testing units! DMs are open. It’s quite ironic how a dev beta makes people scared to turn off SIP, temporarily remove rosetta, update, restore rosetta, and to finally enable sip again…. like lmfao, why u installing a DEV beta for then😭😭
This makes no sense, you can compile source for Apple chips starting in Big Sur, when a new version comes out just compile it again if you need access to anything in a newer target.*sigh* You're obviously never going to get why a dev would want to start porting their app now when they hadn't before and why they would want to target the highest compatibility with the latest macOS and I'm not going to spoon feed it to you so I'm out. 🤦♂️
Are you a dev? It you can’t even handle a terminal and some commands you shouldn’t even be using the dev beta lmfaoLots of us have it on our daily drivers because realistically it’s the only way we can test the betas. What's a terminal? Are you a dev? It you can’t even handle a terminal and some commands you shouldn’t even be using the dev beta lmfao
There's an app in one of the folder which turns the Mac into an MS-DOS machine. What's a terminal?
