Will update later today but beta 2 was really laggy for me and carplay would not end the "conversation" with siri automatically I would have to hit the end call button on my steering wheel to get her to go away after using her to send a text or make a call. Other than that its been fine so hoping beta 3 will tie up some of those loose ends

Holy moly, on my 17 Pro Max it's over 15 gigs, 14.5 on my M5 iPad Pro. I don't think I've ever seen one this large before.

Again these download sizes on the OTA screen for incremental updates are buggy since the iOS 18 period. Can be much much smaller. If you want to know the real sizes check the entry for the update on the storage screen.
We also had people who reported more than 10 gigs incremental from 26.5.1 to 26.5.2 which wasn’t correct at all.

You can open indexing now and it’s doing it again after installing beta 3, hopefully it’s just a quick one as some Siri integration doesn’t work.

Honestly 27 has probs been the best beta cycle in years for iphone and ipad.

So id say go for it, its definitely usable and in some areas more so and stable than 26.

The main crux of my issues was siri ai consistency with successfully responding to questions or requests.

But thats to be expected.

Advanced Dictation Preview is gone from my Air. It was there in Beta 1 and Beta 2, though honestly it felt like dictation was worse with it on.

Expressive Voices Preview in Siri now works but here again, I'm not sure how much value it adds.

Mine was manufactured in July and Nov first used and my Cycle count is only 193 and still at 100%

Beta 2 was laggy and buggy for me. Most of all it made my 14 PM slow. Now with the beta 3 it feels almost like when I got it as new 4 years ago. Very happy with the update!
