So will this one still break my DIY Fusion Drive? Any way to avoid that? Thanks
I wasn't aware of any OS X update breaking the DIY Fusion Drive. Theoretically, DIY Fusion Drive should not be affected by any upgrade. The underlying core storage volume is the same for the DIY or the genuine Apple Fusion Drive.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Known issue with this build:
Applications that dynamically update their executable after installation may encounter an invalid code signature resulting a crash on launch

So if you have such apps, I would suggest backing up first before updating to this build and maybe run them on a second 10.11.3 partition.

Well, it's the price you pay (or actually don't pay) for a free and a simple substitute. However, I agree, once you use 1Password, it is hard to find a good substitute for it.
Some time ago, I read about some developer who had suggested that passwords only be stored on ones computer
or other devices (etc.), i.e. not on banks, merchants etc.
That way, you initiate an online session prompting the partner you contacted to verify your PS back. I don't remember how it was to work exactly, but I liked the idea.

Would at least throw a few kinks into the hackers targeting credit card information like Target's, Macy's etc.

Maybe Apple can come up with a solution or we all have NFC/Apple Pay readers at home ?

For fast password protected notes may be, but there is no way this will replace the secure notes on 1Password.
OS X Keychain has secure notes already and is included free with the OS.

An update that does nothing except get rid of the constant beachballs would be nice.

I've been really disappointed with the number of beachballs I've encountered since getting my 5K iMac with 16GB RAM. Is this a recognised El Capitan thing? I've updated to the latest version but I thought that it was either something to do with the Fusion Drive or some other software clash (like fonts).

What broke? Like said already, its basically the same setup as what Apple would do. If it makes you feel any better, I just completed the Beta 3 update with my DIY Fusion drive. Best experience so far. Prior updates forced me to boot into safe mode to complete the update. This one sailed right along.

For the love of God, Apple: FIX THESE GRAPHICS ISSUES! While El Cap is generally more efficient than Yosemite, they decided (for whatever reason) to make it horribly graphically inefficient. I get animations lag on my 2009 MacBook pro. Unacceptable.

This better work... I'm seriously running out of patience with frequent and random WiFi and BT disconnections, refusals to wake-up requiring a hard boot, and other minor pains. I'm almost ready the throw in the towel and move back to Windows.

I bet BTMM and sleep wake doesn't work reliably. Since Snow Leopard Apple can't get it right. Ridiculous!

New Beta same old USB problems on the Late 2015 27" iMac Lexar USB multi card reader not working, memory sticks not working, external hard drive only working in port 1 by the power supply.

Apple can we get it fixed?!

This fixed the issue I was having with an external Anker USB 3 hub that stopped working with beta2.
All is well again.

I hope they fixed the battery bug that says I have 5h left of battery time when I'm 100%, fortunately I'm getting almost 10h though.

With 11.3 I'm feeling like safari is eating more battery than it was in .2, hope they've even fixed that.

Thanks for ruining my perfectly good computer with your yearly OS upgrades that are utter crapware. I will not be buying Apple again.
