Yes, thanks for pointing that out.
Anyone can get in, it's available on iCloud.com.
What's the draw for this? I bought pages and numbers months ago and already had icloud access from any device (iOS or OS X)? I guess it's the browser interface?
Well, there are rumors that this will be free, I guess will have to wait and see.
In the meantime, I'm waiting on buying them after the launch of iOS7 and Mavericks to see they are free.
Do not worry about the $60. At present this beta of iWork is not close to being ready for prime-time. From the day iWork for Mac and iOS became available I have been using it; well worth the money.
Beta Numbers: cannot copy native Numbers files to it. You can copy paste from a Numbers file to Beta but it only brought over data, not formatting and formulae. Cannot lock cells nor sheet.
Beta Pages: cannot see the invisibles, nor layout. Many other issues as well.
Inspector for all three Beta programs is not close to the Inspector in the standalone programs.
We know it is Beta and accept them as such. Still they are not ready for work be that in business nor at home; too many missing features. I am quite pleased I have the standalone on my MBP and iPhone.
I can use iWork on Cloud from MBA but not iPad mini. I get instructions on setting up on this device. iPad mini was setup as a restorefrom iCloud. Annoying.
Good point. I guess the big thing is for PC/Mac si the web browser interface. On iOS i think you still have to use the apps, since iCloud on the web can't be accessed. Are folks using the iOS safari version of these apps?
Does anyone else here wonder just how useful this iWork for iCloud is? I mean, it's good that Apple has built it, but just how many people will be using iWork in a browser instead of within a native app?
I'm pretty sure iWork for iCloud is only for Mac...iWork isn't great for iPad or iPhone either way.

Interesting. are you on iOS 7? I get the message to set up my icloud on my devices. iphone 5 ipad 4. iOS 6
You don't even have to go to beta.icloud.com, I just went to icloud.com directly and these appeared. You probably just have to have a copy of iWork installed on a Mac or iOS device for it to work.Seems like nearly anybody can get in. I wasn't sent an invite but can easily access it via beta.icloud.com.

It depends on how many of native Keynote's features make it into the final iCloud version. For example, builds and action items currently are not supported, and as far as I can tell, there's no way to edit or add master slides. That's not to take away from Apple's accomplishment at getting Keynote to do as much as it does in a browser, but for anyone who pushes the desktop version at all, Keynote for iCloud will be too limited. And bandwidth limitations, which Apple can't do anything about, will be a bottleneck for people who want to work with large presentations.
