Looking forward to tomorrow's MacBook Pro announcement. As tempting as this new Mac mini is, I need/want portability.
I’m also but u feel this Mac mini had a re design, but the MacBook is just a chip upgrade

The specs for base mini is really quite tempting.

off-topic, but what is that white Corsair keyboar? Looks like a K65 Plus but it’s not available in white is it?

Apple offering $390 for my M2 Pro mac mini… not happening. No real reason for me to upgrade other than wanting the new design anyways.

I’ve always liked the mini, if it could run Proxmox I’d buy three for a cluster.

I just don’t have a use for it as I already have a MBP and a MBA, but this has always been a great gateway Mac anyway.

I had to laugh during the announcement when he said that apps will launch instantly and web pages will load quicker with the M4 Pro. Yeah well I'd hope the same for the M4 (and M3, M2, etc). Don't buy a Pro chip if your main focus is web page load times and app launch times.

It's not for me but what a great machine in such a small package. Apple is onto something.

The Jon Prosser parody video has ruined actual real Apple videos for me. The hand gestures, the squats, the speaking cadence. Always bugged me, but now... it's just too much. Apple, you are a Trillion dollar company. Please for my sake bring in some speaking coaches with new ideas for the presenters. Thanks, NSC.
