This show is awesome, one of the best I've seen in years.

It started off pretty slow, but now after 5 episodes it’s getting good and I hope it has a lot more episodes to come. It is very interesting. Lots to like.

This show is so bad, watched the first 20 minutes by FAST FORWARDING and it was the only way to get thru the first 20 minutes. So boring quit after 20 minutes during the 1st episode.

Its getting good now. You might choose to watch again. I sorta put up with it for several episodes, and now I’m hooked

This show is awesome. I think because it’s based on Semi real ish past events plot twisted into an alt-time line version of the space race makes it even more compelling.

Only comment is that if people genuinely smoked as much much in the 60s as they do on this show I’m surprised any of them are still alive!

Tim: spends millions on a movie set about a space flight from half a century ago.
Elon: builds the damn rocket.

I have the free year of Apple tv+ and I feel ripped off. I cant imagine paying for this.
Although...it may be a decent remedy for insomnia.

I was hoping for some time jumps in this season. It would be incredible if they do, not too far forward like Interstellar, but around the Martian period.

They kept talking about Mar so I guess we’re gonna see that for sure. Maybe on season 2?
Season 1, the moon was won then season 2 the fight for Mar begins? And season 3 beyond asteroid belt?

Ripped off because you got to watch stuff for free for a year ??

I admit the content is initially quite limited (in my opinion good quality) but hopefully it will grow respectfully over the year.

But free is free for people who bought new phones etc this year. Can’t really argue with that.

People only need a few shows to make something worth paying for. I renewed my Amazon Prime membership in part solely for the last seasons of Mr.Robot and Man in the high castle.

Definitely my favorite show on AppleTV+, but I am a 60's/70's space junkie since birth. I even went to V.I. Grissom Elementary School (Clark AFB). :) I almost wish that I had held off on watching FAM until all the episodes were available so I could have just binged it and just immersed myself for a weekend.

You know for some time, I also get bored watching Jaime's first appearances on GoT. A blonde smug, suave but bland as white paper and having an incest sex with his sister.

What's to like about Jaime on his first season? You'd think he will end up like Joffrey.

Who knew he would go down until the very last episode, and transform to be one of the most prominent character of the series.

So, just give it time Jamie.. you don't know what might occur later. LOL

I felt it was a bit slow at first but from episode 3, it’s got better and better. By the end of episode 5, I was completely hooked, and I’m looking forward to first thing tomorrow morning to watch episode 6 once it drops.

Terrible snooze fest of a show.
Just for curiosity I’ve read your last 20 comments to understand if you are serious or just an hater.
And you hate everything, you just post negative opinions, exaggerated, so dramatic and completely biased. So I will just hit the ignore button.

For a subject as filled with passion and human endeavour as the spirit of going into space, this show is so sterile. So goddam American! And German... One wonders if the “Reds” made their own version 50 years ago, depicting the real life aftershock of loosing the race to the Moon. I just want to tell these NASA losers to read the title: does the whole premise of this show matter when it’s called “For all Mankind”? Doh!

LOL. The Russian bit falls by the wayside and is deff. not the focus of the show. The focus is "For All Mankind" - including women-kind. The Russians are just a competitive force that brings about women in space. Sorry I spoiled that for you, but maybe you should learn to be patient and actually watch a show before spewing.

Maybe you should learn a little history before swallowing this rewrite of history. Given the Russians were the first to send a woman into space, and the Americans were a competitive force which brought about Russian women scoring another first for all ‘womankind’, the scriptwriters are just spinning what the Russians did in reality to claim another American first in this fantasy. As I said, sterile and American-centric. Now go away. I’m watching Star Wars!

It's a fictional story of an alternative timeline essentially. Made for a SVOD service. For entertainment. There really isn't anything more complex to it.
