Excellent. Tapping it worked!
I went into the watch App Store half hour ago on my girlfriends 6+ and the full store opened straightaway, have been sitting here this whole time trying to work out how to open it on my 5s

Must be a glitch...

Perhaps you don't want a black strap but many people will...useful neutral color.

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic. Based on all the comments it looks like Apple made too many colored bands and not nearly enough black bands.

The app store within the watch app on my phone (really? that is kind of awkard) does not show either the NBA or the Yelp app.

So easy to read

GPS range finder on wrist in golf app seems like a very useful item. Just a quick glance to confirm the distance. Then maybe another few taps to count the strokes at the end of the hole. Though I think I might have to bring a spare battery to course with me to recharge the watch at the end of the round. Or maybe just charge it in the car.

Yet another "ah ha" moment for me and the Watch. I'm sure they will be coming fast and furious once these get out in the wild and folks figure out how they are used.

Is there any way for those of us not getting the watch to not see preview pictures in the App Store? Seems like apple is forcing these down our throats.

Tip: Tap the App Store button in the Watch app repeatedly to load the full Apple Watch App Store.

Thanks for the tip. Seriously. Prior to tapping, my store looked like this:

Just a list of about 30 apps. No search, no categories. I'm a developer and I freaked out for a second. Made a game specifically for the Apple Watch and was relying on the Watch App Store to give it any kind of visibility. I nearly had a heart attack when I thought apple's "store" was just going to be a list o their recommended apps.

Hopefully the store with the the search tab will eventually push to everyone and the tapping thing isn't a bug, or I could still be screwed.

I did have a few ideas for some games but as soon as I realised how heavily restricted SpriteKit is in WatchKit I had to give up.

Kicking myself that I haven't gotten my act together as an early store is always a good way to make a tonne of money.

Really bummed that there is no first-party Reminders App. I _just_ got my wife hooked on shared Reminders lists for groceries and houshold todo lists. I don't want to have to train her to use something else.

I was really looking forward to being able to check grocery items off using my watch. Ugh.

I think they've done this to give app developers something to do. When it comes to Apple development, the only limit isn't your imagination, the only limit is what Apple carefully determines the limit to be.

Granted some people will come up with some super cool ideas with WatchKit but we're heavily restricted on what we can and can't make at the moment. SO I reckon they've opened up the reminders/to-do market as much as possible because they're suitable for the OS and easy to make and market. If their own reminders app was there it'd kill about 30% of the Watch AppStore stone dead.

I'm happy for those of you who get there watches on the 24 th. I'm sad I won't even though I ordered at 3:04am on the 10th :( apple of you are reading this I would have much rather waited in line at an Apple Store on launch day like I normally do I've always gotten my products on day 1 now .... I'm just sad
