I understand music has an importance when one is young and life is simpler but that doesn't mean that era of music is the best ever, new music is trash, or you have to be stuck on what you enjoyed as a kid.
Excellent comment!

I feel exactly the same. I still love much of the 1980s metal and 1990s alternative rock with which I grew up, but I also get a real thrill discovering new, interesting music.

Good that Apple are still trying to promote Apple music. I wish i could say something good about this, i really do

Apple, you tried your best with Apple Music, but I am gonna stick with Spotify.

Agreed. Plus, those so-called "artists" featured in the ads just aren't the kind of people Apple should be associating with. The "doctor" garbage rapper they hired is plenty enough.

Tried listening to the Flo vid but the playback was ridiculously overdriven. Not a good recommendation for Apple Music when they create stuff that makes my speakers buzz and my fillings ache.

Apple .. thank you for maintaining your musical roots.

Sometimes, when you get older more focused in the financial pursuit of security for you and your kids, you loose touch with your very first love - music!

this is helping me love music new music all over again.

I'm so drained with the humdrum of fake "productivity" from BlackBerry and a company who's corporate elders just fail to see the light. Spirits breaking down and turn-over increasing. Bright minds fade into a dark dirty mist.

Music be my life I want my life back again.

I honestly never heard of any of them and I'm not even that old. But I don't care, those are truly beautiful. Love the camera work and the music as well. Very honest, not overly post processed, no auto-tune. That's the kind of artistic ads that only Apple dares to make.

-Music selection is limited, I tried to find music I found in iTunes but you can only buy it not listen to it on Apple Music
It seems like the last minute small label deal, which was announced with much fanfare, only worked for the US. I can find artists like (Smog) and Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, I can see their tracks in curated playlists, but I can only play tracks that are part of compilations or co-creations.

More or less talented than you? Contributing more or less to the betterment of the world than you? Take your pick.
Well I'm relieved, a musician is more talented at making music than a non musician. Phew.
Now, betterment of the world, really?
