Apple today shared the trailer for its upcoming nature docuseries "Tiny World," which is set to launch on Friday, October 2. Narrated by Paul Rudd, Tiny World looks at the world "through the eyes of the tiniest creatures."

Narrated by Paul Rudd, this docuseries showcases nature's lesser-known tiny heroes. Spotlighting small creatures and the extraordinary things they do to survive, each episode is filled with surprising stories and spectacular cinematography.
"Tiny World" is one of three documentary TV shows coming to Apple TV this fall. It will be joined by "Becoming You" and "Earth at Night in Color."

"Becoming You," which debuts on November 13, explores how children's first 2000 days shape their lives, following more than 100 children across the world from Nepal to Japan to Borneo. "Earth at Night in Color" comes out on December 4 and follows animals at night with Tom Hiddleston narrating.

All of the documentary shows are Apple TV+ exclusives and can be watched by anyone with an Apple TV+ subscription, which is priced at $4.99 for up to six family members. Apple is continuing to give away a free year of Apple TV+ with device purchase, though this free year can only be used one time per family.

Looks nice. Rudd's voice is very inoffensive, somewhat generic, but also somewhat playful (maybe just because of all the comedy roles he's had in film?). Nothing could ever match Attenborough of course. I think the worst narration I've heard recently is the Night on Earth Netflix series. I literally had to turn it off just because of how bad it was.

Some cr**py CGI..., should come with a warning "Additional gear was used to generate tiny animals"

UPDATE: Really surprised on how many people believe that the video segment presented between 0:34 and 0:36 are real. Did you ever see an insect in real life? A flower? Full CGI with lens flare included. Also, grab a camera an do a close up with rotation and zoom like the one portrayed...;)

This looks amazing. I’m so glad this is an entire series instead of just a single movie. Apple’s best in class video and audio quality will make this show a gorgeous display of nature’s beauty. It doesn’t hurt to have the ever-charming Paul Rudd narrate the journey.

I love this. More documentaries please. It’s the kind of easily digestible content that keeps Netflix around for me. Maybe some standup comedy specials and music specials with Apple Music will help create this kind of filler to augment the original series. All that’s missing for a well rounded TV channel is some live content like sports and news.

Agree with this. I more prefer kind of documentary and nature shots rather than shows. I hope Apple expanded their series, especially looking forward for underwater documentary series.
