I'm also in Canada (AB) and the last update on my order was the same as yours. On my end though it shows a Wednesday delivery, but with the current state of tracking affairs I'm not quite sure what to expect.

My custom Macbook Pro (ordered 10 mins after the page went up) went from Shanghai to Japan this weekend. A bit far from Southern California. To all who get their M1’s tomorrow, enjoy!

I'd suggest looking out for scheduled outbound UPS flights from Shanghai (PVG) on FlightAware. That's what I've been doing and I was able to match certain flights that had my order. Hope it all works out for you soon.
mine is 90% going to be delivered tomorrow ... so excited i don’t know if i’ll be able to sleep

That's my exact step and timeframe. When did you order, and what spec? I ordered the afternoon of November 11th, Space Grey Pro 16GB/256GB.
I have mba 16/256 Didn’t order until 11/14. My dates are 12/8-12/15. 🙁 Holding out hope I get it early, but we’ll see.
Updated again. Now scheduled for delivery Friday (11/20) by 9 PM.

I ordered around 4AM EST 11/11. 16GB/1TB. I guess we have to wait for the next batch.
I also ordered on 11/11, but around 4PM PST. Same exact specs.
Stores won't have BTO models, though, right? So no available configs with 16GB RAM?

Stores always have a few custom config machines in stock. Often the “ultimate” config for customers who come in and ask for the fastest unit available.
ultimately my needs do not need 16gb of ram as nice as it would be it would make 0 difference for my tasks.
my package left Louisville this afternoon but arrived in somewhere called Rockford IL. However I’m in Seattle.....

Just checked uk. Nope, nada - no 16GB Ram models at all. Everything else is in stock though.
Makes me wonder why 16GB is considered so special that it warrants the two week additional wait for online orders.
I mean my 2015 RMBP came with the standard 8GB Ram, why would 8 be considered enough this time around?

It might say that, but they are arriving sooner. Mine with 16GB is supposed to deliver this morning / early afternoon.
Hello, I ordered an MBP 16GB RAM/1TB the morning after the event (in France the event was in the evening). My order is still in "processing" and announces a delivery for November 26th. Did anyone order the same model at the same time and have their order changed status.
