Well that would be pretty disgusting if people are/start doing this, can imagine some idiot uploading to youtube without covering he's face.

If you want to destroy stuff pay it with your money.

It is fair to test something before you buy.

If you can't bend the iphone 6 + like the video the test has passed.

You can ask the apple sales people that because you doubt about the bend test you need to do a personal test.

Does that mean you can go into an optical store and bend all their sunglasses or glass frames because you might want to sit on them if you bought a pair?

Shouldn't you also give the iPhones a drop test on concrete before you buy? That could easily happen if you own it too so you just want to test it, right?

Even after Salvadore Dali painted a bent watch I don't think people started bending watches just to see if they could. If you're in a store trying to break things you should have to buy it if you break it.

Takes 90 pounds of pressure to bend the iPhone 6+. Don't sit on your phone or run over it with your car. Buy AppleCare if you're worried about this.

These forums are a mess during any new Apple product launch. Things will settle down soon.

The average e-age of pretty much any internet forum is 12. When people are allowed anonymity they turn into children.

Friend of mine went to the Apple store today and he told me one of the iPhone 6 Plus's was bent so bad the screen had come away from the casing.

It would appear that complete brain dead morons are in-fact going to the stores and bending the phones on purpose.

Next time tell your friend to take a video and upload it to youtube he could get some thousands or more views.

I hope that Apple fixes the bend issue that is the only thing that will stop people from bending iphones in the stores.

People want to see how strong they are

You can't be serious... I'll tell you what, the next time you are out go to a dealership for a test drive and then crash it just to see if the airbags fail.

See how well that works out

When I was a kid, kids were basically good. There were a few bullies and bad eggs, but by and large, kids were decent.

I don't know what's gotten into the water since about 1990 , but more and more, I feel like an increasing majority of today's youth are utterly self centered, materialistic, fame obsessed first class A HOLES.

GOOD JOB PARENTS. WAY TO GO.

No, not the majority. It's just a few bad "apples" hanging out at MacRumors...

I honestly have got to agree with you. Times have changed though. For the most part nowadays kids are more obsessed with all the technology and just doing stuff to "fit in." Which is also why kids bending iPhones is happening.

All kids aren't bad though. There's parents that still do wonderful jobs with there kids

Apple Store Bend Test!

Enough with these bend tests already. People need to just enjoy their iPhones and stop trying to damage them on purpose.
