Apple Store Down for Updates, MacBook Pro Refresh Specs Leaked?

Oh come on already FFS! I've been waiting for this for 3 months. I sold my old (first gen) Mac Book Air 2 month ago so have been without a laptop at home for ages and have to do with the iMac.

Saying that, since a friend in the US sent me an iPad over to the UK that's been great for browsing and emailing at home.

Still, I need a MBP for work for when I'm in the US for a month in July so as long as they release before then I'm fine.

I am still worried that it's just iPad 3G in the US and iPad Wireless for rest of world - updates on the sites rather than MBP updates! Hope not but I still remember the Aperture 3 disappointment!

Thanks... I'm uber impatient at this point... I've been waiting for the last 4 months for this refresh, and I'm going out of town for 6 days starting Thursday. I REALLY want to get it before I go. Here's hoping for overnight shipping and immediate availability. :)

Optimus is the leader. How else are the Autobots supposed to fight Megatron??
 
For the amount of time that took, they sure did a bad job of coding the website to look proper...

Depends if you have a boatload of cash to spend.

You could always get an SDD to editing projects and move them to your HDD once they are finished. (I would get a smaller SSD for the laptop and have a huge HDD at home to backup and store finished projects.)

Same one in the US is $2200 - what a rip off! With exchange rate at $1.5/£1 (which is crap anyway) it should only be £1400

Why do we get ripped off
