Hopefully there will at least be something new. However, I would prefer it to be the MBP:).

That would be a huge mistake for apple to do that. I hope they don't.

Hahaha, I'm quite sure he was joking. You have to give it to him though, it made me laugh.

Edit: well, that was a fun 15 minutes!

Edit 2: It won't let me click on the MBP to purchase/review specs. It takes me to the page we all see when the entire store is down.

And like I said, try clicking on the MBP if you can at least get into the store... it takes me to the "store down" web page.

He's totally right... Won't let me buy either.

They're still having technical difficulties -- I'm trying to buy a refurbished MacBook but have been unable to get past the point where I sign in with my Apple ID.

EDIT: I can now sign in, but I cancelled the order. I'd have problems with it being shipped to me.

Did the MBP's always have the NVIDIA cards? I thought all macs had the ATI ones.

My education store is also still down for some reason.

There is a problem on there end with the user database. A sales rep couldn't pull up my order info and told me he would have to call back at a later time because of the issues.

The plot thickens... It is amazing that people will reply 30 times to a thread in 15 minutes.

Don't give up hope everyone. Updates will come when you least expect them.

I think the update was that they updated the picture of the pink valentine's day ipod to say "Order by Feb. 12th" - can anyone confirm this?

The MacBook Pro originally received the nVidia cards back in June 2007 when they were last updated. The Mac Pro has also typically had at least one nVidia as an option or as standard.

This might be the reason, or it might be old news, I've been busy most of the day, but I just noticed the 32GB iPod touch is now in the UK store, price £329.
