Apple Store in SLC does not want to answer phone.

I know it isn't really helpful but the Apple Store San Francisco wasn't that busy when I went there...
 
SLC is always so busy the same thing happened to me today let it ring for awhile and then called back and they answered. I think they usually have someone answering phones in the back but half the time they still do not answer.
