I'm in the same boat as you! Left apple: 29 Oct Receive it 06 Nov. I thought it would be on Nov 2nd since i'm in zone 1 :(

btw I still can't track it on UPS website

Can't track it either. Piece of crap ordering :(
you can never be sure with ordering online :(
 
Finally able to track it. Although I don't see the delivery time

My Fedex page says it can be delivered anywhere up to 3 PM tomorrow. Any estimates as to when people usually get them? I just have one class from 10:30-11:30 am. Wouldn't wanna miss the Fedex guy!
 
I ordered my one on 28/10, due to be delivered on 6/11 (UK). It currently says Processing Items Dispatched: 1 week Delivers 06 Nov, 2012

Never ordered from Apple online before so just wondering if its normal to have that slightly odd dispatch date (dispatches 1 week, needs to be delivered in 4 days). Should it have changed to preparing for dispatch already?
 
I ordered a beastly 64GB LTE iPad 4 yesterday, of course I'm still processing. I hope it's not delayed due to ordering it so long after preorders began, but in the meantime, I'm frothing at the mouth for the flood of reviews to come in.
