I’m not sure if it‘s the same in the US, but in Canada you have the option to reserve the phone and pick it up at a scheduled time. After making the reservation you also have the option to cancel. When somebody cancels their appointment it almost immediately becomes available. This is part of the reason phones are popping up during the day.
I cancelled and saw that happen on the Apple Store.
I want graphite, and I see silver. :/ Haven't seen pics of the silver. It seems to a slight yellow tint to it. Want to see real life pictures of it.
I’ve had silver in the past. Not sure of the yellow tint you’re referring to but the silver is pretty white.
I think the silver is more like white. I have SB and it’s nice, but the silver is nice too. Wish I hadn’t seen them both. 😂

Very true. It seems kind of ridiculous that people post “XXX available in XXX city” posts every other hour.
Like…they’re going to be gone by the time anyone reads the post.
People need to search for themselves and jump on it while they have the chance. This isn’t going to be like other years. The supply chain issues are huge.
seems like the best time to check is between 10 PM and roughly 8 AM. Hunting for a 256GB 13PM.

I saw a video of the silver, and it does look white. On the Apple website, it doesn't look that white.
Been looking for a 128GB Blue PM for a few days. One popped at the Tampa store last night around 9pm but by the time I got the CC information in it was gone. Checked around noon today and they had more stock. Picking it up on Monday. The point being they seem to pop at any time of the day or night so you just have to keep checking. When I bought my first Apple IIe I never envisioned I would still be stalking Apple products in my 60's but here I am. 😀 Good hunting.
I just checked stock like an hour ago and bought the graphite version! I will pick it up tomorrow.
