I've gotten to the Phone & Device Selection on AT&T's website..but it slowed down and timed out after that
I constantly see pre-order now for the iphone 4s, but i can't get passed that now ...

Did Apple ever officially say it was going live at 12:01? From what I've read, all they said was the 7th. Who knows.
