I've been with AT&T's crappy service since the first iPhone and just switched to Verizon. Just kinda proves to me that AT&T is horrible when the other carriers have their sites up with no issues.
 
I'm considering switching to Verizon so I can go to bed. Rational decisions are not made when tired and when the latest gizmo is involved, so I'm resisting.
 
AT&T, Apple, etc. could take a lesson from Verizon seeing how their website is working just fine.
 
apple.com should somehow disable auto refreshers... haha its probably whats killing their servers.

if they cant handle orders... icloud is gonna die the first few months. especially all the people uploading the music day 1-2. ahhhh

Apparently AT&T sent all their engineers home for the night and forgot to enable the launch for tonight...This is getting sad....really fast...
 
I imagine Apple's store won't be up until all three vendors are ready. Which doesn't surprise me that AT&T is the holdup.
 
Telus is up for pre-order, but they will only do it ON CONTRACT. I can't just BUY the $%&#!@ phone?! Screw you, Telus.
 
I'm on the phone right now. Well, on hold that is. I called 2 times & I have them both on hold. I've been on hold for 30 minutes now.

Switching back and forth between phone calls. Waiting for a rep to pick up.

I tried ordering through AT&T, but it said that it doesn't provide service in my zip code. Please call customer service. WTF? I've been with them for years!

What is the link for preorders on the AT&T website? I have been watching att.com and att.com/shop/index.jsp hoping for changes.
 
SO I can't even order through AT&T because I have a premier account! My only option is AT&T :(
