Apple store order status

What?

Mine is still preparing...no fun!! They had a CC Authorization on my bank yesterday, but it's not there today, are they shipping it free cause I was customer number whatever? Nice!

Hmmm...I want it by Friday!
 
My status for Tiger on the US Apple Store is still stuck at "Processing Order". I checked on the UK store and it says "Open". Weird.
 
Mine is still on Preparing Shipment. What is very interesting to me is that Apple had placed a hold on the amount of funds from my check card on the 21st. But they no longer have a hold on the funds and have not charged me yet either.

Koodauw, did you get a shipping notice E-mail? It would be much easier to check my E-mail for a notice rather than going in to order status all the time.
 
I still can't get in. Now I'm getting this message:

9:09 a.m. - get the order status page. still says "preparing shipment". damn!

Edit: Still Open/Preparing Shipment according to Apple Order Status (in Europe/US)... :(

Just checked mine and it has shipped too! :)

I just might get it on Friday (got the day off too), must back everyhting up. Going for wipe and install; my Powerbook was never quite the same after the MAC OS X10.3.9 update. :confused:

Yup,

Mine shipped too.

FedEx says "left origin" in Ontario CA, about 20 miles from my house. Might even have it tomorrow. How very, very exciting.

I hope I have a better initial experience with Tiger than I had with Panther. When I intially installed Panther I got a gray screen with the circle & diagonal line through it. Didn't even know what that meant. An archive & install cured that.
I'm backing everything up to .mac and dvd prior to this one.
