Don't email sjobs. That's pathetic and lame and unnecessary. Now that you've made your purchase and probably opened the packaging, I'll bet it's too late to do anything. But no, they should not have "forced" you to upgrade. I'd have asked to see the store manager and complained to him. I would definitely call Apple's 800 customer service number and complain.Email this to sjobs@apple.com and demand a refund. No way in hell they can 'force' you to upgrade to a family pack. I know it's only $20 but I'd still pursue based on principle alone. If anything they should be crediting you something for selling you a faulty disk..
