(Apple Store Pre-Order) Oct 14 - 21 Delivery Date

I was online before the store goes online on the 12th and once it got online I got stuck between some errors because of Apple's epic fail of servers and once I got my order in, it was 3-4 weeks! So yeah I was there the same time as people who got it day one and still have a month to wait!

Yeah I hope soon there are some changes..

I ordered mine via reservation when they couldn't take my order the night pre-orders began and it has showed 3-4 weeks Oct 13-20th since then.

I do think they will go out a bit sooner though, I expect a decent number of cancellations as people see the plus in person and get cold feet about having to haul around such a large device.

Apple really drop the ball on this release. In addition, for them not to compensate us with a case etc. due to their poor management of the preorder rollout is a huge smack in the face to their loyal customers.:mad:

Everyone in our group doesn't seem to have their order status change. I'm hoping we will see some progress within the week

I actually cancelled my order. After playing with both I could not justify the challenge of one hand operation and pocketability with the 6 plus. Got a 6 at the store yesterday.

You are one lucky dude!!! I hate it that we who ordered from the Apple Online Store US haven't seen a change yet. Anyone got bumped up already or at least see a change on their order status?

Yeah I cancelled mine too after finding out I could reserve in the morning and collect in the day.
 
Canadian apple store changed order from 17-23 oct to 7-12 or 13 i think and 7-10day shipping

Great....well if we were to cancel our preorder, would we be able to reserve one using the same upgrade? I would imagine that it would take a few days for the upgrade to reset, but I hoping I'm wrong.

Great question! I actually asked that same question and was told it's based on carrier as to turn around time before the early upgrade is reversed. So, essentially no set in stone timeframe.:(
