Anyway they fixed everything got it all cleaned it up and even as a good gesture swapped my iPone to a new refurb unit.
All is well now, as I had emailed some people the documents and just added some things.

And I ment trackpad, not mouse.
 
Sounds like exactly what happened to me. Means your hard drive is fried. You can fix it yourself by replacing the hard drive. There are tons of guides out there to do this just google your specific mac model. It's quite tedious but as long as you take care and remember where every thing went should be np.

It will void your warranty though.

This is terrible advice for a number of reasons.
