Apple Store still down?

Anyone that can find direct T-Mo links (I'm specifically going for Space grey, ip6, 128GB), that would be awesome. Though I hear some random people in the US can get through so I have no idea what's going on. T-Mobile customers are getting the shaft mostly right now..

Through the app I can sometimes select the 128GB Space Grey Plus

However, trying to get carrier confirmation from ATT fails every time
 
They are still subject to the load-balancing -- just because you have the link doesn't mean you'll get a store session.

Ship dates are slipping to 7-10 days on a lot of models. Almost all Verizon Space grey models are 7-10 days.

Unbelievable.

QUESTION...

Does 7-10 days shipping still mean possibility of 19th delivery still exists?
 
I wonder if Apple is pushing Mac/Safari users up and blocking out some Windows users?

Kind of like how they won't let Windows users watch the live events.
 
for those of you who can access t-mobile, how are the delivery estimates? specifically on the space gray 64gb regular 6? If it's not 9/19 anymore then I'll just call the quits now.
