It'll be interesting to see how quickly they spread. The start up costs would be low, they don't need as big of a space so would be easier to locate. It seems like a win/win situation to me.

You definitely need to get out of downtown to see the real New Orleans (like the University area), but I don't think there's enough (sober) traffic there to warrant an Apple store. Of course, look where I live. My sensibilities are a bit different.

I agree they could put a sweet Apple store setup on the Riverwalk. While they are at it, West Houston needs an Apple store...the Galleria takes forever to get to. ;)
