Mobile HD 7000 and 600M information just sprung up. nVidia might be going to optical shrinks of Fermi to 28nm. The HD 7000 lists true Southern Islands parts, at least based on the code names, in 28nm but I have seen slides for relabeled HD 6000M paired with Llano under the HD 7xxx moniker as well. It is a mess.

Would just like to point out that it looks like 28nm will actually be mobile kepler parts based on performance claims of 80-100% from Nvidia.

Things sure have changed.

HD 76xxM on down are rebranded HD 6000M and compatible with Llano.
HD 77xxM and upward are going to be based on Pitcairn and compatible with Trinity.

Trinity also shows up with HD 7000 era VLIW-4 fGPUs too.

nVidia stops their rebrands at the GT 635M (GT 555M based). The rest of the line up is Kepler or bust.

If they don't go to a new MXM standard I'll get some good life out of my 150HM chassis.
