Well, that's a long shot, he doesn't usually eat a supersized cheeseburguer with fries and coke while doing US launches.

There will never be a cloud iphone...but a stripped down Iphone 4...it has to have some space to store apps. You can't run apps from the cloud when you only got a 2Gb download limit each month.

MacBook Pros were just updated not that long ago... there won't be any new models until Ivy Bridge most likely.

They could potentially announce Mac Pro update with LGA 2011 cores around the corner, but I highly doubt it.

Shame too, the MBP could use a better GPU in there. The CPUs are still top notch.

There is no better GPU to put in there. They are using the latest and hottest core they can cram in there with their current thickness, heatsink and fan configuration.

They couldn't bump up the low end GPU to the new one they are using the in Mini (6630M) at least?

Last night I finally gave up on the battery of my 3GS (bought on launch day). I was getting maybe 3-4 hours. Truly dreadful.

Switched over to my wife's old 3G until the 5 comes out. It is much slower but the battery is still full this morning after 5 hours.

At a guess, perhaps the 1st gen had a better quality battery? Mine hasn't degraded since the day I bought it..
Still, I would like to replace it with the next iPhone, so I hope the quality of that is also good..

The big announcement of the event is rumored to be a much-anticipated bump in storage from 2GB to 4GB for the Shuffle. Let's hope!

I think iPhones will be released in Sept from now and may signal that Apple considers iPhone to have replaced the iPod. 2011 will probably be the death knell for iPod classic and possibly even the iPod Touch. The iPhone market has grown enough that it negates the need for either. Some may still not be on AT&T and Verizon, so they may keep the iPod Touch one more year, but I don't see it surviving any longer than that. And I don't see the point in anymore hardware changes to iPod Nano or Shuffle other than memory bumps.

They've never done an isolated GPU bump in a MB/MBA/MBP family. Either they update them all or none. Best wait for ivy bridge and nothern islands (7xxx) series GPUs. 22nm tri-gate intel processors plus 28nm mobile graphics. Should be quite a performance boost.

Don't know if this was your intent, but that ridiculous Rebecca Black song started running through my head. Thanks. :p

There are plenty of others who disagree.
I'm sure there are. Lots of people also disagreed with phasing out the hard drive in AppleTV, the plastic MacBook, the optical drive in the Mac Mini, and lots of other changes they've made over the years. This is just my opinion of what Apple will do, not whether everyone will be happy with it.

Exactly. OPINION. Which means Apple's probably differs from yours.

I never stated otherwise. Just making a prediction is all. Sorry if that offended you somehow.
