Almost nobody would use these things if they weren't free. Who pays for web browsers or software video and music players these days? Opera, the only major paid-for browser, has a 2% market share. Safari can only manage 5% and they're giving it away.

* Safari looks and behaves like turd on windows - its doesn't look like a native windows application.
* Opera is free

Enough with the enhancements. Try fixing the basics such as iDisk. This should be far superior to Dropbox which is free for the first 2GB and yet much much better...

iDisk concept is a good idea. However iDisk has always been a joke. Unusably slow. Apple are lazy for not fixing it after many years ( iDisk was introduced in 2002 and STILL doesn't work well. ).

Hey guys, the new MM webpage is up. It's really awesome, you guys should check it out.

Album is good - behaves like iPhoto. Mail is a good upgrade.

Not sure about the Switch Applications - apart from the candy eye- more clicks required. Better when you could switch applications from the menu bar as previous.

Calendar and Address book look the same.

can anyone please post screenshots for those that don't have a membership?

If you visit me.com from your iPhone it gives you the link to download the Find my iPhone app but it's not yet available on the App Store.

Does anyone know how I can delete my iweb site? It is showing up under my idisk and don't want it anymore. I don't have the iweb file anymore so I don't know what to do...

Agreed. I find it annoying having to wait for the navigation menu to appear and then have to click again and then wait for the page to load.

Overall, it doesn't look too bad at all. However, the address book is 'stupid' with Japanese names (despite the phonetic reading entered in romanized script). It lists according to 'chinese character', which is an illogical representation and makes it VERY difficult to find people. Why can't it behave like the iPad address book, which in my opinion has the most logical layout compared to my MacBook, iPod Touch and the browser version. Perhaps there is a technical reason that I don't understand, but it seems sloppy.

well heres the new frontpage:

Looks like when you try to log in and put in a wrong password the text fields wobble.

the MobileMe beta mail is still really buggy, i hope they keep testing a bit longer

What problems have you been experiencing, and have you reported these to Apple?

No known issues here, been using it extensively for a fortnight. I love mobileme, backtomymac, all of these services in one place for less than £3 a month is great value and invaluable to me.
