Interesting, I'm getting a message that the Apple Store is being updated cycling in different languages. You mean your ordering cases for iPhone?
do they have the conference or what ever they call it for the ipad mini tomorrow?
I refreshed my browser and "Inventory updated nightly at 10 p.m." came back. What a fun game!
Try to order using Apple store app if you have an iphone. It is very much faster than any other browser. Good luck
I didn't think the Apple Store app supports personal pick up. Am I missing something?
Yes. After you add the product to your cart you will see the options for in-store pick up. Same functionality as doing it via the website. And if you update all of your payment info and such ahead of time its all pretty quick once you get one in your cart.
Thanks for the info! Too bad you can't buy iPhones using the app if you are creating a new wireless account and not upgrading an existing line.
the apple website came back around 12 . and was able to get a 64gb white at the santa clara store . wanted the 32 white but always been unavailable .
the website went down again when i hit the place my order button . so it stuck at "processing"
i think it went through , cause i got a confirmation email and a ready for pickup note .
good luck everyone .. for the past 3 days , i start seeing "in stock" phones exactly at 10:00 pm . if you willing to compromise on color or higher memory you will get one for sure .

For AT&T I presume? It seems like very few store have received any Verizon phones since the initial launch. I've been on the store every night since the personal pick up option became available and haven't seen any Verizon phones in AZ. Not sure the reason for shortage since all the phones have the same exact hardware just with different firmware. Hopefully some will be available soon!

I only see them in a few of the high profile stores so am not holding my breath for AZ but hopefully will be pleasantly surprised!

There doesn't appear to be any Verizon phones available in the entire west coast. I feel like a sucker for staying up every night to check but do it anyway just incase.
Thanks for posting, I was just about to do the same! I checked on a whim just after my last post and snagged a 16GB Black in Chandler. It thought that stock was updated immediately at 10:00PM but this obviously isn't the case. Here I was being all pessimistic and everything too, ha! No luck on a 64GB white for the wife though.
Been trying to get a 32GB White on Verizon here in the Chandler/Gilbert/Phoenix area for several days now but no luck.
Sorry to hear that! Maybe only 16GB black models were available? I'll still be up every night at 10:00 until I get my hands on a white 64GB for the wife. Some people say that stock my still update every night all the up until 4:00 but I definitely can't stay up that late. 10:00 is even late for me when I have to get up really early every day.
Girls definitely seem to dig the white! Is there way to check the stock of different models without changing the item in your cart and having to redo the entire process entering your address, driver's license, etc?
Sounds like we are going to have some jealous wives on our hands!
