Hope we don't get any issues with the live stream.
Ive had trouble in the past with lesser Apple Key Note Presentations.
The run on their servers this time round is going to be horrific..!

I'm worried that it's yet another Apple keynote that's being overhyped. Last year they announced exactly what had been leaked in the weeks leading up to it, resulting in everyone being a bit underwhelmed.

What if "all" they unveil are two phone models, identical to all the recent part leaks, and the 5.5" not available for 3 months!

But I'm still hopeful all this talk of fashion people being invited means the iWatch: something not leaked, and a design different from the mockups we've seen. I think Apple need to surprise everyone or they're going to be hit with the "can't innovate" backlash...

Didn't Apple change how they deliver software over the internet recently? Maybe they can use the new distribution to improve streaming?

That just made me wonder if iOS 8 will be released afterwards? That will really test the new delivery.

Can't catch this at the launch time but able to 2 hours later will it be available then? Or do they have to edit/cut it and then put it back up again?

What's happened in past? Think I would rather keep away and watch it all with no knowledge previously.

It should be available yes, they usually keep it up for several days after the fact.

Great so will it be available as soon as it's finished live. What I want to bonus I'll be in prob 2-3hrs later after it starts so can I start watching it from beginning straight away?

Rewatching WWDC, then watching today's event! Took the day off (the beauty of being semi retired!) Very interested to see what they are offering and when!

Subscribe to the "Apple Keynotes" podcast and make sure your iTunes frequently checks for updates.

That thumbnail is when if first noticed that the artwork on the invitation to this event is just a zoomed in part of the apple logo with a shadow off the leaf.

Really? Prior to today what did u think it was? And did u miss all the discussion/theories about the shadow on the leaf? (Sundial, iWatch, etc)

usually takes 1+ hours for it to appear online and eventually you can also find it on their official podcast channel

what else did you think it was? Kim Kardashians ass?

My father's wondering if he needs safari on his PC (because he's at work) to watch the live stream? This article stated safari on Mac/iOS but nothing about PC. Anyone have an idea?

Nope. As I recall , I watched it last year on a PC with Mozzila Firefox. If he can see any video ad from Apple site, (they are QuickTime Video) he should be able to watch this through Apple site
UPDATED : No, I then got a stream from CNN or NBC site...

1+ hour after it finishes? So starts at 6pm (UK time) so it could be available around 9pm to watch, if it's an average 2hr presentation?

Ahead of today's special media event, Apple has once again made its "Apple Events" channel available on the Apple TV.

Apple will also be streaming the event live on its website, and users will need to be running Safari on Mac/iOS in order to watch the stream.

Apple is expected to unveil the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 alongside the iWatch, and will likely provide updates on iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite.

Apple's keynote kicks off at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, and MacRumors will also be providing a live blog, live tweets via the MacRumorsLive Twitter account, and a spoiler-free page for those who want to watch the full keynote at a later time.

I'll give it another try - but I'm guessing the stream will collapse about 30 minutes into the keynote, just like every time :)
