It needs to happen badly. Yet Apple's been updating the design all over their site and the nav bar is still the same. Seems like a glaring omission.
Hopefully It would get a mobile version , too. When I go to apple site from iPhone, I feel a bit ashamed of its looks. And their forum system needs a major overhaul.
I'll be working today, but the best thigh about it that i work for a tech company so ill get to watch it at work.. Then home to engulf into the streaming with "0" interruption
Been waiting a long time for this, should be a fun keynote to watch. I'm looking forward to getting a GM of iOS8 too!

Yes. Just visit apples web page. It should be on there. Or you could wait a couple of hours after the event and watch it on YouTube
I read "Today, the worst day in Apple history". I guess it's either one or the other. The stock price will go up 10% or it will drop 10% by tomorrow. After that amount of hype, there is no middle ground left, I fear.
Don't really feel like watching the live event since most of the iPhone is already leaked. Hopefully, Jony Ive will be able to change my view of iPhone 6 with its not-very-impressive design, protruding camera and 1GB of ram.
Anyway, hope that the new iPhone will still be awesome and there will be new announcement like iWatch!

is it as coincidence that my iphone 4S just broke last night?
moisture on the level of dew apparently got it when I left in on patio table into the evening. Or could it have been exposure to sun? It was exposed for a frew hours...
(overnight in bag of rice did nothing so I'm not sure what ruined it...)
Oh well, I hope the iphone 6 is a bit more rugged in terms of exposure to elements!
On a brighter note, timing's not too bad

This is why I'm so glad to laugh in the face of the Anti-Apple crowd.
They were talking about this event today on the local sports talk show. And not like a simple, this is what is going on today, but they spent almost 15 minutes talking about new phones, what they were hoping for, and what not.
No other company can do that, and it's awesome.

http://applian.com/ - great software for recording web video- windows only though. I use Snapz Pro X on the mac.
Or, just wait until tomorrow and download the keynote from the iTunes store - under Apple special events.

As an aside, I don't agree with this being broadcast on iOS [SafariMobile] & OSX [Safari/AppleTV] only.
OK, so they don't hafta make a seperate Windoze/WindozePhone/Android "Apple Events" app,
neither do they have to have the podcast available on various & sundry podcast listening apps.
But they should make the website broadcast accessible to any HTML5-enabled browser/OS.
Win over those shortsighted dummies with dazzling Apple brilliance! Amirite?!?

I really wish people would stop saying that, because every time, I am reminded of that image:
I have the greatest respect for Mr. Fils-Aime, but that picture always burns itself into my retina, and it takes a couple of hours to fade again.
This is the only 'app' that appears on my ATV that I'm not bothered by. It seems like every time I turn it on there's a new icon added!
