We may agree about the worrying state of the economy. Leaping from that to the theory that the current response to a *sanitary* crisis is population control in order to avoid popular upheaval may prove too much of leap of thought for me.

When I mentioned population control I meant when the level of life drops by a large margin a police state is not something unthinkable and in some way can be logical considering the situation.
What we see now with the restrictions for the unvaccinated is some sort of a trial before even tougher restrictions for all.

Considering how many technicalities there are that allow a vaccinated person to be counted as unvaccinated I would not trust the statistics.

I am heard that in UK nobody really checks for the vaccination certificates and everybody pretty much back to normal life. It is good that UK does not segregate people.

It bears absolutely no resemblance to what is happening now, that is the point. It doesn't register. You want label attempts to save lives with an awful period of history, one that does not reflect on what you propose, it only loosely fits with the direction the anti vaxxers are taking (it really does).

Look again at what is happening in the UK. Do not forget that we, along with the US, had the two worst possible leaders when the nations deserved better. You got rid of yours, we are stuck with ours and real people are paying the price for Boris hubris. Only thing they got right was the vaccine and that vaccine is keeping us out thrown stuff though we are still up to our waists in it. Read about the ambulances unable to get people into A+E? Not directly covid related but yeah, UK doing well if you don't get ill......

Current economic model that was going on for a long time came to an end(this is objective by the way). You need something to explain to people why the level of life they got used to will never be the same and will highly likely continue to fall. Once the level of life will drop 50-60%, this is where you will need your fascist restrictions to keep population under control. The trial of these restrictions is happening as we speak.
