Apple trade in: what to bring?

One of the openings on the bottom of the phone is the microphone, the other is the speaker, so you should actually be concerned if both are making sounds...

That being said, supposedly the back glass of the iPhone is super-easy to replace, but I've never done it myself and I don't know where to tell you to get 'em from.

So you're saying the sound only ever came out of the one speaker? For phone calls I could understand one being a speaker and one being a mic, but for music playing shouldn't the sound come out of both? (I'm insinuating there would be a mic and speaker on one side and just a speaker on the other). This certainly is not impossible to do.


But on top of that-- my headphones only work on one side (now and again I can get a faint sound out of one side) and also Bluetooth only works on one side. So I have to assume somehow they are connected? or not, and more than one thing broke inside the phone. Siiigh. I also now have this white T that shows up when I start apps up. Never saw it before until a few months ago. I'll post another thread for that one tho.
