Mine finally did too!
what I find interesting is that standard shipping was selected. Which gives all of us hope that we will get it sooner than later. Here's hoping that's the case that all w/ standard shipping will get it on Friday
I ordered Monday morning around 6AM PDT. Mine went Preparing for Shipment yesterday...still saying the same.
Weird thing is that there is no option for Expedited shipping when you buy in Canada (or at least to Yukon) but now when I check my order it says Expedited Shipping.
Original Delivery Estimate was Nov 2-5 so I think Apple can beat that if they try....
Anyways, much better than my iMac that has now missed its shipping window and is still processing...........

When I selected expediting shipping at checkout, the delivery dates were pretty much the same as standard shipping. Which was weird since I live in Edmonton.
EDIT: I did stay at standard shipping.

Movement to shipping! Sort of.
I just did a Fed Ex track via reference, using my home phone number. A new one appeared:
This clearly is the ATV, as I have nothing else coming from the Rialto, CA warehouse.
Two things to notice - it shows delivery tomorrow (Thursday, 10/29). But is also shows "FedEx notified to void this shipment". No clue why.
I seem to recall a similar thing happening on the Apple Watch launch day, but it was quickly replaced by another tracking number.
So... there's a very good possibility that expedited shipments might arrive tomorrow (Thursday).
