I ordered on Monday at 9am as well with free shipping to North Carolina. Nothing yet. Still hoping for delivery tomorrow.

Same. UPS lists mine as ground. I don't even get noon delivery. I'm going to be asking for a refund.

Update: I had gotten a notification today saying it's shipped by UPS ground (I chose free shipping) and delivered by Oct 30. I checked UPS website but it still shows Label Created. I don't think it's possible UPS deliver it tomorrow. I'm losing hope... 😵

Ordered 8:50AM Eastern on Monday, 32GB, free shipping - still PFS. Is AT&T handling our orders? 😱 I know it's not even day 1 yet, but it sure feels like my many-weeks long wait for the 6 Plus.
 
Still hope, you at least got a notification, still at PFS on mine, no UPS or Fedex notification yet

I'm really hoping a lot of our orders change to shipped overnight. Otherwise never pre-ordering again. Luckily, I have an Apple store near work I can go to tomorrow if things don't pan out overnight. It's 9pm, and I'm pretty much not expecting to get my 2 Apple TVs tomorrow.

Whats interesting to me is the stores I've called still saying not sure if in tomorrow or next week even when they look up the units (which kindly some did within their in store systems) there was nothing showing according to them.

Well, sure, if you pay for it. 🙂 Doubt that's included on the 'free shipping' and maybe not even on the 'expedited'. Saturday is usually an added cost option, unfortunately.
 
Toronto - Order Processed, Ready for UPS according to UPS tracking. No date from UPS yet, Apple email didn't have one either. Apple website once said Nov2-4 but now is blank.

There's a chance for delivery tomorrow, but this is a similar chain of events as the watch, which arrived Monday.
