is there a good discussion forum around for this show?
Not sure if you use Reddit but this shows forum there is active:

I was hesitant to watch this one but then was almost immediately hooked from the opening credits. It took another 2 minutes to officially grab me. The first elevator scene followed by him walking through the halls to his desk locked me in. The visuals. The music. The set design. All simply mangificent.
I as well. I initially was going to give this a pass, but the whole mood and visuals as well as ‘wtf is this’ hooked me.
I may have to revisit For All Mankind. I couldn’t get into it in the first episode. Foundation is spectacular imo. I also loved SEE.
I’m retaining my subscription as it is becoming well worth it especially at the price. Dumped Netflix a couple years ago after I realized I was only using it perhaps once every two or three months.

I stalled out after a few episodes of Foundation. I didn't dislike it, but I need to find the right time to get back in.

Nobody talks about it, but I really liked the first season of See. Haven't gotten around to season 2, but with David Bautista joining, I'm looking forward to it.

For All Mankind is just excellent, full stop. One of the best shows in a decade, easily.
I really love See.
Foundation is well done as well. I’ve read the books, but that was over thirty years ago, and wondered how they were going to be able to get so much into a series. I’ll be re-watching season one soon.
Apple programming will succeed as they don’t seem to be following a tired standard , “‘made for TV” formula.
Everything I really liked on the regular networks (not that much really) was canceled before or after the first season- don’t know if anyone remembers, or watched for that matter, Journeyman.

I stopped 3 episodes in. Couldn't get into it. Does it pick up the pace at all?
I've gotten through five and no. Each episode could be condensed into 10 minutes tops. Reminds me of daytime soap operas in one way: a few minor events happen per episode with a big one at the end to get you to tune in tomorrow. Can't deny the high quality though. I'll stick with it till the end though, non-spoiler posts on the internet say the last episode has a lot to process.

Glad to see this coming back. Just started watching it and through E4 am enjoying it so far. From looking at some episode ratings things seem to start ramping up at about E7 which I'm looking forward to.

Gosh, I’m glad Ben Stiller, Dan Erickson and co are producing this and not you lot! The show is brilliant and the pacing close to perfect.
Just finished it and I'll have a good sized order of crow. While I did find it frustratingly slow in places, I shouldn't complain too loud since I'm the one who's always bemoaning the fact that TV/movies are too often made for the microscopically short attention span crowd these days. I'd give it a solid A rating, with my whining over the total number of minutes spent walking corridors and staring expressionless into cameras being insignificant. In fact, that may have made the payoff of the last two episodes that much more impactful. The really bad part now is waiting for season 2.

Spot on.

I highly recommend rewatching severance after seeing the last two episodes to then see it all with that context makes it's a whole new experience.

example, Helly trying to run out through the stairwell
