For someone like me that watch tons of movies and basically no tv series, I really wish Apple would sign some type of commercial agreement with Disney and or HBO, I know it will never happen but still... they have the best content available, period.
Why would either Disney or HBO sign deals with Apple when both have their own streaming service? They would be competing against themselves with Apple. That being said you have streaming services with lots of movies, not sure why you need or would want Apple at allFor someone like me that watch tons of movies and basically no tv series, I really wish Apple would sign some type of commercial agreement with Disney and or HBO, I know it will never happen but still... they have the best content available, period.
Oh, "from the article"... apologies. Ambiguity in the pursuit of brevity might not be the best choice. ? my bad...Guess that makes sense.
What's FTA though? Could only find meanings that didn't match context like Free Trade Association and "For The Asians"
So bad that I had to watch it twice ?Greyhound was an awful movie …
Which is largely why they did it, to blur the lines surrounding their weak efforts, which no longer have to stand up and be compared against any competitor in the industry.Same here.. unfortunately 2TB of storage + family music + tax = about the same as apple one.
I get to now subsidize apples garbage like: arcade, news, tv.
I'm not that enthused with many of the UIs you come across with their competitors, but ATV+ is possibly the worst out of all of them.Perhaps part of the problem is the garbage UI. Try watching a series; the hoops you have to jump through just to find the show again, then the next episode if you didn't let the credits run to the end. They need a Continue Watching section and easy ways to see the whole list of episodes.
Well, if we are to trust this data set, your preference would not be a wise business strategy for Apple. It’s too simple to sign up for 1 month and watch the few movies you wanted to, and then cancel. Whereas if you can get people hooked on just a few of your premier shows that renew yearly, you’ve got a customer for a very long time. For someone like me that watch tons of movies and basically no tv series, I really wish Apple would sign some type of commercial agreement with Disney and or HBO, I know it will never happen but still... they have the best content available, period.

for me its woke stuff; i dont like it so I dont watch it;You can go down a rabbit hole to find something on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime and end up with something at least. 10 minutes browsing Apple TV and you know you have either seen it or don't want to see it before you exit out of the app and go back to Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. Disney+ isn't much better if you don't watch movies and tv shows for kids.
The language and accents are no problem at all. It bothers me that it might be edited though. First I've heard of that. It's all spoken in Shakespearean and highly Scottish dialect. So get your mental translators tuned. Plus it's abridged. It was a tough watch, but I got through it.
