I know lots of people using it, but this is of course no statistical correct data. What is true is, that you get a ton of data from e.g. Garmin Fenix watches that make the Apple Watch look like a toy in comparison.A couple of things.
With regard to Professionals using Garmin. I don’t know that that is true. Is there actually any data on this or is just opinion based? It’s not that I don’t believe you, I just haven’t seen the data. Either way. I’m not a pro athlete.
Personally I record my workout data with my AW, but I would have switched to Garmin if the payment system on the Garmin would fit my expectations.
Yeah, and if you use Apple for photo editing - no worries. I‘m using it for software development, machine learning and tons of other stuff.
