The long boot time is fixed…

Beta 5 - 3 minutes and 23 seconds
Beta 6 - 48 seconds

iPhone 5, OTA upgraded all the betas.

Update: Apple notes on the iOS Developer Center that the release fixes an "issue with iTunes in the Cloud, where some purchases may download or play unexpected items."

This happened to me over the weekend. 2 movies were downloaded over cellular from iCloud and I went over my data allowance for the month. I wonder if AT&T would be willing to let it slide :/
