Anyone think we might get macOS 11 instead of 10.13?

I don't think so.
A new macOS number would imply a huge leap forward, like the one they made from OS 9 to OS X.

The only reason to change number would be match iOS version, so they'd call it mac OS 11, and macOS 12 next year.

Maybe the CMD+Z sticker icon means they are going to undo something they changed.

There's an unofficial WWDC app for macOS too, which may be of interest. Some of the best features include an up-to-date, timezone-altered schedule, the ability to stream the Keynote, Platform State of the Union or any livestreamed session in-app with support for picture-in-picture mode, transcripts of sessions and the ability to annotate and bookmark specific sections of videos for future reference.
