Can someone explain how USDZ inclusion in Numbers would be useful?
Looks like Reality Composer also has some kind of ability to generate 3D charts from a CSV file. The 3D model can then be imported into Keynote.

Wow, the USDZ support in Keynote is pretty cool. It's a shame you can only animate via Magic Move transitions at the moment (as far as I can tell) but I imagine some sort of 3D move option will come to builds soon.

This is some of the best software made, period. Not just by Apple, but by anyone.

i use it in an enterprise setting, then export to PowerPoint or google docs. And when I must use msoffice or gsuite, I’m stunned how bad they are.

the only people who bash iWork are those who don’t use it.
Totally agree. On my MacBook Pro, I have multiple tabs open in all three apps all the time (mostly for teaching purposes) and couldn't imagine being half as productive in any other environment. The versions implementation is incredibly powerful.

MS Office: Still no tabs after being introduced to MacOS 10+ years ago. The awful ribbon that moves and hides your tools based on the size of your window. The disregard for MacOS features in general, like dark mode, versions, etc.

Google: Great collaboration, but like using software from the 90s. Also, when I switch to an open document, I don't want to log in, wait for my document to reload, find my page or have to adjust the view settings.

I am surprised apple has continued to fund this effort. Pages, numbers, and keynote just need to die
I'm glad they do. I'm fortunate enough to work in an all-Apple office and we don't even touch Word, Excel or PowerPoint if we don't have to. I'll concede that Excel is the definitive spreadsheet application, but Word is a bloated pig and PowerPoint is piss poor compared to Keynote.

I've built Keynote decks for a high-profile ad tech conference and it works brilliantly. Tried to replicate some of it with PowerPoint and it just wasn't up to the task.

PowerPoint has made some strides in recent years but it is still horrible to work with and the results do not have the same level of polish.

Three apps I always need to delete off the device every time I get a new phone or ipad.

I've used both MS and iWork apps and for personal use, it's done great for me. I'm mystified though, with Apple's switch to services, why they don't pour the necessary dough into this suite and really make it into a powerhouse that can compete with MS, Adobe etc

(after all, they used to or still do with their music & movie editing stuff......)
