My iPhone X 256gb Space Gray (T-Mobile) pre-ordered at 12:03am Pacific Time right after pre-orders through Apple Store app went up was going to deliver between November 10 to November 17 but now it will deliver November 3rd. This is awesome!
 
I am so disappointed with Apple. I was not able to get in at 3:01 am. The app kept the typical "app store down message" and I kept trying to get in. I got in at 3:07 am and I placed my order and it was immediately set 11/17-11/24. My neighbor one door over got in at 3:02 am and has an 11/3 delivery date. He was on wifi like me and was able to get in. I am so disappointed with Apple. Literally 7 minutes equaled a 3 week delivery.
 
Congrats to those of you with the updated delivery times! We all work super-hard to get the iPhones as quickly as possible and to afford them in the first place. Whether you view people's disappointment and frustration as sad or not, you're on a forum that's dedicated to rumours about technology, so you can leave your negative opinions towards others at the login screen before entering... we all get the buzz and excitement of a launch day and the more of us who can enjoy it the better... even if it is a first world problem.
 
Apple has confirmed it will have {50 iPhone Xs in stock in each store} on launch day, so for customers who don't want to wait for weeks to get one of the new devices, lining up is an option. Supplies are limited, though, so it will be best to go as early as possible, likely even the night before.

I wonder if this is just T Mobile... and if so, did they just have an initial error? It seems like everyone is reporting T Mobile (or not saying) and that they ordered pretty early.

I ordered AT&T and wasn't able to get on the app until a little after 2:10 (nine minutes after launch). My order is 17-24th. I will get it when I get it but an earlier delivery date wouldn't break my heart either.

OK, without further explanation, the guess is that 50% of the phones get returned because of the Notch.
It feels like a big chestnut on your forehead (...)

I thought there was some hiccup or something..... I ordered my T-Mobile 256 space grey model in literally 7 seconds. My buddy took a minute or two and is getting his ATT model on the 3rd.
 
I have a feeling this is T-Mobile related issue only. I only saw T-Mobile orders shipping times 1-2 weeks. No other carried slipped to 1-2 weeks, they all went straight to 2-3 weeks. Seemed weird to me. Maybe there were some T-mobile logistics that needed to be figured out before they could promise a delivery of Nov 3. Did anyone with T-mobile initially get a Nov 3 delivery when pre-ordered at 12:01am?
