That's the dichotomy of being good at both marketing and delivering on promises. You never know which one customers are truly experiencing, myself included.It’s interesting that for all the complaining we all (myself included) do about a lot of Apple’s decisions, they seem to be getting the benefit of the doubt solely based on past success. Pretty good image the company has managed to maintain. Contrast that with Microsoft, or god help you, Google.
