Apple Vision Pro Gains New Lake Vrangla Environment

I'd love the opportunity to try one of these someday! Travelling overseas this week and woudl love to create a movie theatre in the plane.

My favourite home environment on the Quest 3 is the Meta campsite. I turn the menu panes off and just relax looking at the waterfalls, listen to the birds, and chill at my campsite

Why is Mount Hood mentioned? Was that also a preset? 🤔

Do airline power plugs provide enough power to run the VP and top off the battery? Lower power ports, such as a USB hub, don't provide enough power. They prolong run time but eventually the battery will become exhausted.

The USB plugs won’t work but a standard outlet that are on many planes works fine. All the flights I’ve used it on were Delta.

Based on the screenshot, I like the original ones better. Hopefully we'll all be able to add ones that we've shot ourselves soon.

System-level custom environments seem pretty unlikely to happen. It's difficult to make good-looking environments, and it's even more difficult to make good-looking environments that meet the performance requirements. I think it'll go exactly the same way as Apple Watch faces, with new batches of environments each year and maybe some collabs in the future—but never directly opening it up to third-party faces.
