iPod Touch, yes, but not so easy to carry the iPad all waking hours. I'd imagine they'd make it iPhone-free before they make it compatible with the iPad.

As I said, "I'm happy to be wrong and have it available everywhere at the same time."

And I'm surprised at the number of iPad Minis (and regular iPads) in purses bags and backpacks.

It's just that the software is already available for the touch and iPad.

I'd get my mother the watch and ditch her current one and she'd use it and sync it around the house. When she went to relatives where she's paired the iPad the watch could use the WiFi for the basics.

Then it becomes a gateway product to getting people to buy the iPhone...
