Hello guys. Its been a long time I am searching any possible solution for my APPLE WATCH which is in DEMO MODE.

I have already tried everything on GOOGLE. But nothing solves the problem. The watch is in menu and activated with any iPhone which I dont have. But there is no Activation Lock on it. Now to connect it with my iPhone it says first reset the watch.

I have seen there is a Software cable for this Watch but I dont have that. If I reset or Restore it with iTunes I hope its DEMO Mode will turn off and it will connect to any iPhone.

So any help from here is really appreciated.

    Thanks in advance guys.

LOL bro. It is there in one of my friends Store. I got it from there. Basically this is Demo unit placed in Stores to have a test for the clients. Nothing else.
So I am searching for solution that might be there is a solution to reset or restore this.

It is NOT an :apple:Watch. It is a demo unit that looks like an :apple:Watch on the outside but only has hardware to run the demo loop. Also it IS property of Apple no matter where or how you acquired it.

I assume they put special software on the store units. If a restore from your iPhone won't make it work as normal, then I suspect only Apple can change it. You could always call them and ask. I suspect they consider them store only units.

It has all the hardware of an Apple Watch. It just doesn't run a regular version of Watch OS. It would be theoretically possible to convert it into a functioning Apple Watch but only Apple has that capability. I've taken a demo unit apart before, the inner hardware is identical.

Maybe there's a lower level check within the CPU to not let the full version install?! just a thought.

Yes you're right. But I believe that there is a solution to make this demo unit become work with any iPhone.

If any of you guys have watched a Demo iPhone then you could know better. The Demo Unit of an iPhone is also same as this watch you can't reset the iPhone whereas if you connect in DFU and restore it with latest version of iOS its demo mode is removed and it becomes a normal phone.
I think that if I get the factory cable of this iWatch which connects at the inner side after removing the strips then any thing good can happen.

    [MOD NOTE]
Closing this down, there's no good coming of this discussion regarding trying to get around a demo unit
