I am on holiday till next friday in the states and love to buy a SS here to replace my Sport. After that I am back to Canada witch is a June 26 country (I am flying home to the Netherlands on 23)
Huh?? Canada was a first wave country, included in pre-orders since April 10th.
Me, I think it's likely Tuesday the 16th that they'll launch in-store. We'll see if there's any announcement or if it's just word-of-mouth that gets availability relayed to everyone.
In the interview last. They said in store sales started "in two weeks" for USA. And on June 26 for the other launch countries.
Really? So where does Jeff Williams state that it's only in the US that retail starts within two weeks?

June 26 is for the second wave of countries (Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan).
Next week should be Apple in-store availability for all of the wave 1 countries: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and the US.

No kidding. The way that I read that, on the 26th it will be available in stores in all wave 1 and wave 2 countries.
Yeah, theoretically it would be June 18th, since http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2015/06/04Apple-Watch-Arrives-in-Seven-More-Countries-June-26.html is dated June 4th.
But yeah, there is some ambiguity in the paragraphs that follow along w/which models are amongst the "some" that will be sold in their retail stores.
It'll be interesting to see which are the some and what the retail supply and demand situation is like.
That part is true (both waves will have on the 26th), but wave 1 stores will have them available in store sooner. Wave 2 gets online and in-store on the 26th.

i am going to the Spokane Apple store this Tuesday and the Seattle one's friday and saturday. If thats a no go i try the Vancouver one on Monday
Monday is my last shot before flying back to the Netherlands (Where the watch is not out yet) and i really would like to upgrade my Sport to a SS for cheap.
There is some movement if you have to belive the internet, only on the Apple site it still says 1-2 weeks and so does the Chat.
Please post what luck you may have upon this day that's suppose to begin in-store pick up option. Please post your location along with which model you may have found.

I just ordered a 42mm SS w/link bracelet lastnight! And now I see Lenox has them!
