Watch os 2.0.1 Battery issue persist
21% in 6 hours? What's so bad about it?
Sounds normal to me.
Well, if it wasn't in use that seems like a lot and I would start with a cold boot of the watch and charge again. I wear my watch at night and it goes from 100% to 94% in 7 hours so that seems more normal when the watch isn't in use.
Issue number two I plugged it at 56% but it randomonly read 57% instant when I plugged it in two charge issue happens once a week I did zero trouble shooting but It does charge to 100
as someone said in your infuriatingly similar thread 2 months ago (http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/apple-watch-a-battery-life-issue.1907881/)...
What is the issue if it displays 56% and then jumps to 57% straight away? Perhaps it was on 56.49999999% battery before you plugged it in. it isn't like it jumped to 100%...
^^This. I've encountered this too a couple of times when I plugged the watch in.
It never ceases to amaze me how people are bothered by the tiniest observation they can't classify..
I had had the battery glance activated in the first week or so of wearing the watch. Now, I couldn't care less about it. I just wear it and it never fails on me, even if I am on the road for 24 hours.
SO what is the problem? Are you complaining about the watch showing 56% and then showing 57% after it was plugged in? Are you just looking for something wrong or what?
Battery Issues: Watch dying during the day with minimal use
Other Issues: Looking for problems that don't exist
My watch has never lost more than 25% in 10 hours but today it pinged on my wrist that it was down to 10% after just 7 hours. So I have done a hard reset and unpaired it and will re-pair it when I get home as I don't have my charger with me. Nothing has changed in terms of apps or usage so if it happens again tomorrow then it will be a trip to see a genius
seriously? thats reaching for problems that dont exist
after i updates to watch os 2.0.1 battery life not doing great 10:30 am took at out of charger left on desk with no use and its 11:45 am and its at 96% what can be causing my watch to drain.I did rest my watch could that help watch os 2 been causing draining issues
Over active imagination. Your Watch is on and pinging your iPhone, plus running sensors to detect if it is moved. If you don't want to use your Watch and don't want to lose a singe percent of battery then leave it on the charger puck.
Judging by your posts you should provably avoid all battery operated devices. How do you deal with your iPhone battery?
You should return it as soon as possible. that is near 4% lost in 2 hours which means you watch would only last about two days sitting there doing nothing
It usually last me 18 hrs but with the update 2.0.1 killed my battery 5-8 hrs it last me on a single charge
i did basic trouble shooting like unparing my watch to see if that helps with anything
i have a battery case for my iPhone 6s plus from mophie
I have still 57% left after wearing it for over 10 hours. I'm wearing a 38mm
Had mine for since launch but in the last 24 hours it's died twice during day .on charge all night then by 2 in afternoon it's flat
