Hi , i received the apple watch today the ss with classic buckle and inside the watch wearing the black sport band. The box says classic buckle. the respond of apple (I understand and I do really apologize. In order to correct the issue we will need the incorrect one to return to us so we can get the right one sent out to you as quickly as possible. ) thats is insane.

the respond from apple in the chat, on the phone they told my to wait 72 hours to investigate the problem and they gonna respond me back. i don't know what to do.
 
I would send it back once you have the label ... just my opinion.

No, he got the wrong band. The watch is correct.

Apple really blew it with this launch. The official 'launch' was last Friday. There is NO reason why there aren't bands available for swap.

My reasoning: Once you receive a return label, your order is marked to be returned. Even if the investigation will result in a wrong packaged watch, you are still required to return it.

Of course I do not know how the negotiations went, but once you have a return label, you probably need to act as if you are returning it.
 
I wouldn't send it back. They should expedite a classic buckle to you first. Bring it to an Apple Store so an employee can verify it too.
 
Could you ask Apple to ship the new band to a local store, and then you exchange in person?
Alternatively, just go to your local Apple store, and have a genius to request a band to be shipped to them?
 
they sent me replacement label and waiting to be shipped the good one on june. unbelievable. I also email cook with pictures. I am gonna settle also an appointment with genius. Otherwise i am gonna keep it 2 weeks and i am gonna return it for refund. I have ordered another one ss black sport band that is gonna be shipped May 13 - May 27 .

I tried everything they don't listened your problem. Is like i received a chinese crap that other is in the box and other inside.

Wait... I'm confused. Why would you order a second watch with a sport band?
