I still can't get it to read Steps from the Watch. No matter what I do I can't get Watch as a source in steps.

If you go to their forums, they say is not possible yet and that they are working to implement the feature in the future.

Because of that, I stopped using them and downloaded "Lose it". They work perfectly with the watch. Calories from excercises are added automatically and you get bonus calories after completing certain amount of steps daily (8k in my case).

Not going back to myfitnesspal never again.

Hi
Email I received about Apple Watch

Hello Graham,

Thanks for the followup and we apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, the 6.8.2 update did not include this fix but our 6.9 update should fix this issue. This fix should be released in a week or so. Again, so sorry for the confusion but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

All the best,
Artie

I'm very confused that calories on activity are much higher and do not match calories on MFP. Why?

The other day I accident must have opened MyFitnessPal and saw the Steps ring. Was confused at fist since I thought it was showing in the Activity app. However Steps are there (now).

Myfitnesspal gives me calorie adjustments which seem much greater than what it should be.

For example, paired with a Jawbone UP24, I get zero calorie adjustment for 5000 steps but with Apple Watch connected, it gives me 150 calories adjustment?

Something's off here I believe. If anyone here has their's working, would be great to know what they did to get this integration working :)

Cheers !

I can only get the step count on the Apple Watch to update by opening the iPhone app. Is that how it's supposed to be?
[doublepost=1452183080][/doublepost]I can only get the step count on the Apple Watch to update after I open the MFP app on my iPhone. Is this how it is supposed to be?

I would like to log calories on the Apple Watch, via a Workflow (app) complication. Now this is easy enough to set up, and it logs dietary calories into the iPhones HealthKit app. But...myfitnesspal doesn't pick these calories up from HealthKit. Does this only work one way?

Can't believe how hard it is for Apple to put steps on the front of the watch. Its all I wished for on the watch now all I use it for is the time and to get sport scores

Pedometer++.

Or just learn to stop sitting around all day. (something I'm trying to teach my wife, unfortunately)

I have Apple Watch selected as the step counter and access allowed in Apple Health for MFP. My steps are showing, but tracked activities and the subsequent calorie counts are not.

Mine are showing on both. Steps are showing properly under diary, BUT under activity in MFP over states the steps! Sometimes by 600+ steps. So far today I'm out 400 steps...

What gives?
