Yeah I meant Mac. That's awesome! What service. Did it cost anything? To be honest, if I had a crappy app that didn't work I'd probably just uninstall it and move on. But that's just me.
I don't know where anyone said anything about a bad app ( I would have deleted them along time ago) I talking a bad software interface between my watch ( which I can no longer use but still own even though they have been working on it since within the 14 days of new and will not return) my Mac, and Apple TV. I sorry I don't have the funds to delete them. Also yes it does cost something I purchased Apple care. To be honest some of the worst service I've ever experienced. Lots of contact we me ( that part is awesome, no answers makes all the contact a waste of time.) search Apple Watch or watch os2 online I think it will be hard to find a good review anymore.

You're having so many apparent problems with so many different things that it's going to be very hard for anyone to help without being right in front of your equipment. You should find a friend or someone local and trustworthy who can help you in-person.

Many if not all of the problems (like inability to family share and AirPlay) sound like misconfigured iCloud ID settings spread across multiple devices. I suggest going through and reconfiguring everything very carefully, before attempting to use any of those features. Again, if you don't know how or are the least bit unsure, you need to find someone to do it for you in person.

Changing one thing at a time then testing stuff out, like someone over the phone would have you do, is a recipe for disaster. Apple tech support is no doubt trying to help, but you've got too many moving parts here to effectively do it remotely.

xraydoc is correct. You (the OP) are complaining about problems on an Apple Watch, an iMac, two Apple TVs, and an iPhone. I agree that iCloud, which is essentially the glue that ties these devices together, may have gotten messed up, so re-configuring each one would be a good start after backing everything up. I also agree that there is only so much that Apple tech support or anyone else can do remotely. Depending on your location, you could take the iMac, watch, and iPhone to an Apple Store and let someone there have a go at it.

You rock man. But I think you're wrong about the reviews.

I thought you said it all started because of some software you tried to install onto your watch. Up until that point I'm assuming she was all good right?

Can I ask, if you're tech savvy I'd follow some of the suggestions on this thread. Just tackle one device at a time.
